Select Style & Write following in notes to seller:
-Size:
-Name & age:
04-6 firsts (or something else to be highlighted in middle, can be loves, toys anything):
-Teeth, Weight & Height (2 digits only, unless adding to cart as custom):
-A sentence/quote to be highlighted in middle:
-SIX categories to be highlighted in surrounding boxes, with 4-6 answers in each, answers to be semi equivalent to samples shown (or add to cart as custom). 
*answers must be semi equivalent to samples, or select custom. 

To change colors, add/alter graphics, add over above limitations select custom when adding to cart.  Select double custom for more than one of these changes.
