Just add style & size to cart then write following in notes to seller:

Size:
Name & Age:
Color choices:
-You may change color choices ONLY where color currently is in the sample you'd like to purchase. If you'd like color in other areas add to cart as custom.

-to change color in more areas, change more than name/age, add/alter graphics add to cart as custom. To make more than one of these changes add as double custom.
