Add style to cart, then write the following in notes to seller during checkout:

Childs name & Age:
Height/Weight:
4-7 likes/loves for large section:
DOB stats, a quote, or anything else for bottom left hand box:
*To change colors, go over limitations (answers are to be equivalent in size to sample), or to add/change graphics add to cart as custom. To change more than one of these things add to cart as double custom.
