Select Style & Write following in notes to seller:
-Size:

Name & age:
4-6 firsts (or something else to be highlighted in middle)
Weight & Height (2 digits only, unless adding to cart as custom)
Amount of teeth:
A sentence/quote to be highlighted in middle:
Then choose SIX categories to be highlighted in surrounding boxes, with 4-6 answers in each, answers to be semi equivalent to samples shown (or add to cart as custom). 

To change colors, add/alter graphics, add over above limitations select custom when adding to cart.  Select double custom for more than one of these changes.
