Just add to cart & write following in notes to seller area:

Size:
Style (ie: Vertical stripes, aubrey style, billy style, chevron etc):
Balloon OR Candy Graphic for bottom:
Childs name:
1-3 word phrase to go below name (ex 1st birthday, sweet shoppe, candy buffet etc):

To fit more in than noted above, change colors, add/edit graphics - add to cart as custom.  For more than one of these changes add to cart as double custom.
